History

I took these pictures on May 30, 1979, the day after the fire at First Avenue Jr. High School in Arcadia. I would have been using my Canon FTb-N. I developed the pictures in my own darkroom but I can only find the prints at this point. The negatives are either gone or in a box I can't get to. This fire destroyed the main building of the school and was quickly attributed to arson. I'm not quite sure why they let me wander around the way I did. I think everyone was in a bit of a state of shock.
